Gorgeous rooms, excellent service, lovely view, fantastic breakfast, helpful staff.

Everything was fantastic.

the hotel was located near to touristic places such as twin pagoda temple. we appreciated staying at the property. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like a wa shanzhai that was only 5 minutes' walk away. free wifi was working perfectly.

This centrally, located hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to be near the action. You can easily access anything you need right outside the door, whether you want to explore the Dragon District or go shopping in the adjacent complexes. the room is spacious and comfortable, complete with luxurious bedding and a pristine bathroom with high, quality amenities. the breakfast offers a wide array of delicious dishes that are sure to satisfy any palate. Plus, with a friendly and helpful staff, everything is simply perfect.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the non, functioning heating system that made the room chilly during colder months.

The restaurant offered a delicious fusion of two different cuisines that left our taste buds wanting more. the in-room entertainment was impressive and catered to all preferences. the hotel was located in a central spot within the city, conveniently near many popular destinations.

The hotel staff had difficulty communicating effectively with us, potentially leading to misunderstandings during our stay. the noise level was far too high and made it difficult to relax in our room.

This hotel exceeded all my luxury expectations. the exclusive amenities were impressive, especially the indoor swimming pool and the spa center with a great selection of massage treatments. the room advantages were exceptional with an unbelievably comfortable bed and the in-room breakfast service was impeccable. the restaurant offered a variety of special diet menus that were deliciously prepared by the talented chefs. the staff provided outstanding service with helpful and friendly attitudes.

While there were no major issues, the bar/lounge area was somewhat overpriced with slow service. this minor inconvenience could not take away from the overall luxury experience this hotel provided.

The hotel physical plant is beautiful and the staff is great, always trying to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. The breakfast variety was rich and tasty. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Kempinski. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taiyuan. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Incredible stay with amazing service! the room was luxurious and comfortable, equipped with ample amenities, including a complimentary minibar. the breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. the hotel's location was perfect, close to many shops, restaurants, and convenient stores. the views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially at night.

the noise from the nearby construction sites interrupted our peace and quiet.

The spacious and comfortable rooms are impressive. The French restaurant offers authentic cuisine that is delicious. The mini-bar includes a free selection of non-alcoholic drinks and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping complexes. The bed is more comfortable than most Chinese hotels and the temperature control is good, ensuring a pleasant night's sleep.

The front desk staff need better training in handling guest requests. The street-side rooms can be noisy, despite the double glazing and electric curtains.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely lovely with big comfy beds and blackout blinds. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from both the room and the bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast with an excellent selection of Chinese and Western cuisine. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Additionally, the hotel's location right next to the shopping complexes in the center of Dragon District was very convenient.

We stayed for a night at this hotel and were impressed by its opulent yet calming ambiance. the Spa & wellness centre was the highlight of our stay, offering exceptional massages and rejuvenation treatments. the indoor swimming pool was immaculately maintained, providing us with a refreshing dip. Our room was tastefully decorated with exclusive amenities, including a private balcony overlooking a lush garden area. We enjoyed dining at the onsite restaurant, relishing the delectable, special diet menus.

The bar/lounge area was relatively small and lacked ample seating but still offered an intimate spot for a drink before dinner.
